How can I benefit from the group discount?
You need to send a mail beto info@leuvensalsa.com indicating the names of the members of the group. This has to happen before the enrolment of the members.

Do I have to enrol with a dance partner?
No you don't. We will make sure that there is an equal number of men and women in every stage.

How many people can enrol for every level in every holiday?
For every level we'll accept maximum ten men and ten women. This means that there'll be maximum 60 participants for every holiday (as there are three levels).

What do the levels correspond to?
The first level is for absolute beginners and for people with just a little experience. The second level ("beginners-intermediate") is for people who are dancing since a couple of months up to a year. The third level ("intermediate-advanced") is for people dancing since more than a year. This 'time indication' is only one element to determine someone's level.

How does the division into levels happen?
The team will divide the participants into level groups based on what you have told us (see enrolment form) and based on what we see at the rueda and free dancing on the first day. The division into level groups will be communicated at the end of day 2. Of course the participants can discuss this division with the team if they would prefer to go to a higher or lower level.

How can you know how many places there are left in every level and how many men or women are already enrolled in a specific holiday?
On our website www.leuvensalsa.com there will be very regular updates on the numbers of participants for every level and holiday.

There needs to be a minimum of twenty participants enrolled in order to organize a holiday. What happens if the holiday that you've chosen does not take place?
As soon as the minimum of twenty participants has been reached we will communicate this by mail to the people already enrolled. These people can then start booking air plane flights (so please wait for our confirmation mail to do so!). If on the contrary a holiday is cancelled due to a too small number of enrolments, we will first see if these people cannot participate to another period and if not we will of course transfer the fee you've paid already.

When can you be certain of your place in a holiday?
As soon as you have paid at least the advance payment of 250 euro. You will also get a email confirming your enrolment.

Why do you have to book for this holiday so early?
For several reasons. First of all the longer you wait the more chance that the better apartments and rooms will be gone. Secondly the sooner we reach the minimum of twenty persons enrolled the better: everyone will then have the possibility to reserve holidays at work, to book cheaper flights etc.
Do you have to participate to every class or activity of the program?
Absolutely not. All of the elements of the programs are proposals. We will only ask you to let the coordinator know beforehand when you are not going to participate to a certain activity.

Who can I turn to during the holidays for questions or problems?
For every holiday there will be one coordinator. You can always turn to the coordinator for any question or issue.

If I have chosen to participate into the short stage can I stil change my mind? Or can I stay a day more?
Yes you can. We will charge a fee of 80 euro per day you're staying more (half a day is charged as a full day). If you decide to stay for the full stage you'll pay the difference in fee between both. Of course we will have to see if we can arrange housing for you for these extra days.

What extra expenses will there be?
The biggest extra expense will probably be your transportation. There is also food (although there are three dinners and two picknicks included in the enrolment fee). Of course your personal activities (for instance during the free day) are at your expense too. The parties are free or you will have to pay 5 euro entrance (mostly one drink included).
